Josephine joined Right To Play in March 2007 as Program Manager in Rwanda and was appointed as Country Director for Right To Play Tanzania in 2011, and for Ghana in 2019. Prior to Right To Play, Josephine worked with National and local NGOS over eight years mainly in education and health sectors. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Education Sciences from National University of Rwanda, a Master's Degree in Gender and Development from the Center for Gender and Development studies of Kigali Institute of Education and a Certificate in Community Development Leadership for Women from Coady International Institute of St. Francis Xavier University of Canada.
