James joined Right To Play in 2014, having previously worked at Chelsea FC, and currently facilitates strategic and annual planning initiatives across the organisation. At RTP, he previously worked within the Philanthropy function in implementing strategies for fundraising growth. As a volunteer, James has been involved in several initiatives using sport for social change in the UK and Italy. He holds a Sports Science degree, a Master’s Degree in Sport Management and is currently undertaking an MBA from Cass Business School.
