HOW I PLAY: Some of my fondest memories and deepest friendships were born through “play”. It's hard to replicate the feeling that you get being out on a field (or rink) with your team. Pushing yourself (and each other) to give everything you have and leave it all out there. Although "how I play" has evolved over time, I am the most myself when I move. It’s so much more than just sport; it's a mind, body and soul experience. Each time my feet hit the pavement, I feel the base reverberate in a class or collapse into savasana after yoga, I know I'm where I'm meant to be.

HOW I PLAY: Play is a key way we learn and grow as kids, but it is often forgotten when we grow older. I’m always trying to remember to keep playing whether in the mountains or doing something creative.

HOW I PLAY: It's a privilege to go outside in nature to play in a safe environment and to have access to the best equipment to play my favourite sports. With my career background in sports marketing, I joined the Playmakers movement at Right To Play to bring together exciting opportunities that lend a hand in donating to the charity's programs to empower young Canadians to find their voice through sports.

HOW I PLAY: My favourite way to play is to be outdoors with friends! Whether its tennis, hiking, biking, or trying something new it always leaves me feeling energized and connected to those around me. If going outdoor isn’t an option I am always up for a good round of cards!

HOW I PLAY: I love everything about play, the movement, the teamwork, the mental and physical challenge and most importantly some of the life lessons you learn from early age about sportsmanship, discipline, humility and loyalty…I love to play golf and hockey and am a big Toronto Sports fan! Go Leafs! Go Jays! Go Raps!

HOW I PLAY: Play has been a centerpiece of my life since childhood - whether that be through sport (hockey, golf, volleyball, cricket, etc.), work, or socially. I believe staying "playful" is one of the many keys to happiness, and I'm both thankful and excited by the opportunity to carry my learnings forward through coaching, volunteering, and Right to Play's initiatives. Few other things to note: That's the first fish I've ever caught, and I'm of firm belief that our Leafs will bring it home in 2024... maybe.
