Maniza joined the Hilton Foundation in 2021 and leads its initiative supporting early childhood development in East and Southern Africa. She has worked for a range of organizations, including UNICEF, at global, regional and country levels, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Think Equal, an organization supporting social and emotional learning during the early years. She holds a Master’s in International Politics from the University of London and a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford.
