We are proud to celebrate CIBC for their generous $100,000 investment in Right To Play's Junior Community Mentor Program in 2025.

As part of their commitment to creating a world where everyone can realize their ambitions, CIBC's support enabled us to expand this initiative, offering paid, entry-level leadership roles that gave young people real work experience while keeping them rooted in the communities they call home.

Jr. Community Mentors worked alongside senior Youth Workers delivering Right To Play's PLAY program in Indigenous communities across Canada, supporting program delivery, activity planning, and youth engagement, gaining the confidence, skills, and connections that open doors to future opportunities. For many, it was a meaningful first step into the workforce and a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when a partner like CIBC invests in young people.

Thank you, CIBC, for helping us turn play into possibility. CIBC's support enabled us to expand this initiative, offering paid, entry-level leadership roles that gave young people real work experience while keeping them rooted in the communities they call home.
