This spring, the series of remote training modules that began in the winter continued with two more sessions facilitated by the PLAY West team. Community Mentors in British Columbia and Alberta had the opportunity to tune in remotely to modules that covered:

Experiential Learning

Community Mentors built on their skills to deliver programs that support learning through reflective and critical discussions for children and youth.

Building Sustainable Programs

Community Mentors and PLAY staff worked together to define sustainability and then identify steps that can be taken to attain program sustainability. It was also an opportunity to celebrate the ways Community Mentors are already working towards sustainability.
