James joined Right To Play in 2014, having previously worked at Chelsea FC, and currently leads on strategic and annual planning initiatives across the organisation. At RTP, he previously worked within the Philanthropy function in implementing strategies for fundraising growth. As a volunteer, James has been involved in several initiatives using sport for social change in the UK and Italy. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School, a Master’s Degree in Sport Management and a Sports Science degree.
