Sam Effah is a two-time Canadian 100m champion, and the fastest sprinter in Canadian university history, representing Canada at 3 World Championships, 3 World University Games, and 2 Commonwealth Games where he also served as co-chef de mission in 2022. In 2021 he was inducted into the Canada West Hall of Fame.
Sam has volunteered with Right to Play since 2011, inspiring youth to break barriers and seize opportunities. He is also a seasoned speaker and appeared on The Amazing Race Canada Season 7, finishing 2nd inspiring viewers with his resilience and drive.
