Kelcey Keane
Director, Equity Capital Markets, National Bank Capital Markets
Kelsey is a Director in the Investment Banking group at National Bank Capital Markets. She joined NBCM 10 years ago and has worked in multiple coverage and product groups. Currently she works in Equity Capital Markets, structuring equity and equity-linked offerings. She is also actively involved in NBCM’s mentorship programs. In 2022, Kelsey was the recipient of the Rising Star Award from VersaFi for her early career achievements and contributions to diversity in the industry. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
Growing up, Kelsey skated for Canada’s National Synchronized Skating Team from 2008 – 2010, competing in three world championships. Sports has positively shaped her outlook on teams, leadership, and life. Kelsey believes in the mission of Right to Play and wants to bring more play into everyone’s life. She joined Right to Play in 2024 and has been involved in the planning of the Playmakers Golf Classic and Gran Fondo events. Kelsey is currently the Co-Chair of the Playmakers Board.
