  • Logistics Coordinator, Mozambique

    The Logistics Coordinator is a member of the Finance and Administration Unit and reports directly to the Logistics Officer and in his/her absence in the CO structure, the incumbent reports to the Finance Manager/ Officer. The incumbent reports to the Finance Manager/ Officer and is responsible for procurement and Fleet Management in the respective country. The incumbent also manages stores, inventory and fixed assets, support administration and oversee execution of rehabilitation projects. The incumbent works closely with the Program Manager, and Project Officers as required.

  • SENIOR MANAGER, MAJOR AND MID-LEVEL GIVING PROGRAMS - 1 Year

    The Senior Manager, Major and Mid-Level Giving Programs will be responsible for implementing all aspects of our strategy for the growth and development of our mid-level and major donor base. The Senior Manager will create and implement strategies to cultivate relationships with approximately 50 existing and prospective donors at the $10k+ level and will work closely with the Canadian Advisory Board to identify additional prospects at the $10K+ level. The Senior Manager will work closely with the National Director and the CEO on their major gift prospects and ensure there is strong support to them as they also seek to attract new major donors to the organization. This is a one year maternity leave position.

    We are seeking a dynamic, creative, results-oriented individual to build on its US based partnerships. The Institutional Partnership Manager will have a proven track record of growing organizational capacity through institutional funding and will be adept at institutional strategy formulation, donor cultivation and management, and grant writing. The Institutional Partnership Manager will support and eventually lead a portfolio of prospective and current donors/partners in the USA.

    The Country Director reports directly to the Global Director, Country Operations, providing high-level oversight, strategic guidance and technical support to the Country Office. The ultimate goal of the position is to manage and grow the organization’s programming, to increase the quality, efficiency and long-term impact of the program; and to promote and advocate for sustained high-level engagement of government and civil society.

    The Manager, Global Partnerships is responsible for ensuring quality grant management, implementation and compliance for a portfolio of grants and partnerships of high strategic value.
