Laura Charters Carruthers

Member, Right To Play Canadian Advisory Board & Co-Chair of Playmakers Board

Laura Charters Carruthers is the current Co-Chair of Right To Play’s under 40 leadership board. In 2021, Laura made the decision to step back from her career in finance after working in progressively senior roles at the Bank of Montreal and BMO Capital Markets. Laura is a passionate advocate for mental health and is currently studying for the MCAT with the goal of transitioning to a career in healthcare. Laura graduated from McGill University in 2013 and sits on the under 40 boards of The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and St. Michael’s Hospital. Laura was recruited for the Canadian Advisory Board in 2022.
