Karen joined us in 2025 with over 17 years experience in People and culture across Africa, Europe, Asia/middle east and North America providing human capital solutions to drive organizational effectiveness through talent management and human capital strategic initiatives as well as using technology to enhance the employee experience.

Karen’s expertise ranges from HR policy and process design, engaging and coaching business Leaders, learning and organizational development, Talent and performance management, employee relations and change management.

Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical Biochemistry and an MBA in business administration. Karen is passionate about helping organizations build agile high performing teams by blending global HR expertise with innovative learning and technology solutions.
