Kylie Fung is Vice President and Head of Distribution Strategy at BMO Global Asset Management, where she leads a team focused on developing and executing national distribution strategies and works closely with senior leadership to drive growth and efficiency across the organization.
Prior to her current role, Kylie held positions in structured solutions and global markets trading at BMO and CIBC Capital Markets. Her experience spans strategy, product positioning, and client engagement, contributing to the successful launch and growth of innovative investment solutions.
Kylie earned her degree from McGill University with a concentration in Industrial Relations, encompassing management, economics, and sociology.
Passionate about community impact, Kylie serves on the Board of Right to Play’s Playmakers Council, where she co-chairs the annual Playmakers’ Golf Classic. As an avid runner, Kylie deeply values the power of play and physical activity to build resilience and confidence—principles that align closely with Right to Play’s mission of empowering children through sport and play.
