Christian Hensley
Lead of PIMCO’s Canadian Institutional Strategic Partnership
Christian Hensley leads PIMCO’s Canadian Institutional Strategic Partnership efforts. He works with Canada’s most sophisticated allocators to develop customized investment solutions, build and expand key relationships, and improve access to PIMCO’s Alternatives products and co-investment opportunities. Prior to his role at PIMCO, Christian was Senior Managing Director of Equities and Credit at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, and, before that, Managing Director and Head of Relationship Investments at CPPIB.
Christian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He supports a number of community causes, most recently as a member of the Major Individual Giving Cabinet of the United Way of Greater Toronto. He was recruited to the Right To Play Canadian Advisory Board in 2026.
